The apartments

The luxurious Filidas Apartments were built in 2006 with a lot of care and special attention to offer you an opportunity for relaxation and comfortable holidays.

They include:

Large balconies with great views, living room with fireplace, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and 42″ TFT TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, electric stove, espresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc., comfortable bedroom, bathroom, washing machine, and can meet every family need. Additional facilities are provided on request.

Filidas Apartments are located on the extension of the homonymous street of the great writer Alexandros Papadiamantis that intersects with the country’s ring road in Acropolis, with ample free parking, 10 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the beach of Megali Ammos.

The visitor has direct access to a super market, bakery, pharmacy, banks, post office, while at 50m there is the 4th stop of the bus station that gives the possibility of going to all the beaches of our island and the airport of Skiathos “Alexandros Papadiamantis”.

Information about the neighbourhood

Filidas Apartments are located in a quiet and interesting neighborhood where you can find various things for your immediate convenience. Right next to our accommodation is a mini Market-butchery where you can find local products and walking just a few minutes you will find the bakery pastry shop Dafni to enjoy your breakfast or even brunch, as well as several places for fast food and the taverns Asprolithos, Lychnari and Likofos (at Megali Ammos beach, overlooking the endless blue) with polite and friendly staff, in a friendly place with very good food, while at the same time there is the option for cocktails at the moonlit bar blue lagoon. In addition, if you don’t want to travel by bus which you can find just 50 meters from our apartments you can enjoy a beautiful walk in the country side of the island by bike which you can find 30 meters below our accommodation. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk. We will be very happy to visit Filidas apartments and contribute to the unique moments of your summer holidays.
